Dave Valeza is best known for his work on the graphic novel trilogy by Rex Ogle: Four Eyes (2023), Pizza Face (2024), and Fruitcake (2026).
Dave grew up in Covina, California after emigrating with his family from the Philippines. From an early age he took to reading comics to nurture his imagination, and drawing as a way to express himself. In high school, he was the staff cartoonist at the student newspaper - a role he took up again in college, while obtaining degrees in both illustration and comics. He now works as a full-time artist and illustrator.
When not drawing or writing, he spends his time with his family and hobbies - which include reading, cooking, and exercise.
